Three Village Teachers Association contracts:

2016

2021

The revisions to the 2021 contract primarily benefit senior teachers. Instead of step plus 1%, the contract gives everyone a 3.5% annual salary increase. This benefits those teachers with more than 30 years who have maxed the salary table. The retirement incentives are also increased: the value of selling back accumulated sick days increases, an existing retirement incentive ($22,500) set to expire is made permanent, and a new incentive ($30,000) is added.
